Vickie is here to serve you. This former New Yorker has lived in the area for the last sixteen years. Through out my working career I have been involved with providing service to the public. In my previous profession I was a Vice President of consumer/customer relations for a sizable financial institution. That means I was the one you contacted to “fix it” when things went really wrong with your branch banking. It was also my job to find better or improved ways to service the public.
